Waffle and Maven

Jul 29, 2011 at 8:44 AM

Hi

Am using maven and do not find Waffle on http://mvnrepository.com. We manage dependencies using pom.xml and have a coding standard that does not permit adding third parties library, directly to the code base. Any  pointers as how I should proceed ?

Regards

Swaroop

PS - The search on http://mvnrepository.com returns lots of result for waffle but they refer to the java web framework on codehaus ( http://waffle.codehaus.org/ ). None of them refer to http://mvnrepository.com

I've never worked with publishing to maven repos. Please feel free to submit a patch to waffle.

I started writing the pom file here: http://waffle.codeplex.com/workitem/9389 but it's stuck since some other dependencies are not availble using Maven either (GroboUtils, platform.jar from JNA).

The solution we use here is to maintain our internal Maven repository, and I upload the Waffle JARs in it.
