UnsatisfiedLinkError on JDeveloper

I know that the "UnsatisfiedLinkError" issue/fix is posted on the WAFFLE FAQ (http://waffle.codeplex.com/discussions/220195?ProjectName=waffle), and I have been able to get it to run without this error on my server.

I'm having a problem trying to run it locally via JDeveloper (JDeveloper uses OC4j server locally to debug applications).  I still get the UnsatisfiedLinkError (see below).

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I think this just means that JNA jna.jar is not in the CLASSPATH. But maybe it's something with permissions... I am totally guessing.
